Reg Latter Electrical

Thank you for fitting us in for a house call on a busy Friday afternoon! The electricians who came to fix our hot water heater were on time, knowledgeable and professional. They explained the problem, repaired the heater and ensured we had hot water for the weekend. They returned first thing on Monday morning to switch the system back to off peak. Excellent service!

Had some electrical damage after Cyclone Alfred and the team at Reg Latter came and fixed various switches that were blown. The two gentlemen who came and did the work were friendly and professional. Efficient and knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend!

We have only had the need to use your services a few times but each time we have been pleasantly surprised by.......... 1.Your phone is answered politely and promptly. 2. You go out of your way to accommodate our needs and time frames and offer a prompt response. 3. Your service people are always friendly, helpful and go out of their way to get the job done professionally. 4. Your invoices come very promptly and that makes me think you have that dept. running very well. 5. Then when we pay you have the courtesy to send a nice note thanking us. The scope of works I required ranged from moving 2 electricity meter boxes from inside my carport to an external wall, through to simple installation of some down lights and external flood lights. RLE responded promptly to my request for a quote, were professional and punctual. Their quote was very reasonably priced for the work that needed to be done. They scheduled my job soon after I accepted the quote, and carried out the work in a very professional manner. I changed a few things on the run, and this was no problem for them. They worked in with my needs, and were happy to oblige. They demonstrated genuine care in the way they completed the work. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Very prompt coming out to quote for our job to upgrade power cable from house to pole, & also to replace & fully upgrade our meter box on our 1970's house.
