I called around five electricians today and none of them were able to come out early. When I contacted Prime Spack Electrical, Mohamad was able to offer an emergency call-out and arrived within about 1.5 hours, even though he was in the city at the time. He was able to identify the issue just by looking at a photo I sent and fixed the problem quickly once he arrived. The service was fast, efficient and very professional. Mohamad was also very friendly and went the extra mile by checking powerpoints throughout the house to help determine the root cause of the issue.
