Great service! James spent a significant amount of time on a Sunday troubleshooting a power outage issue and was extremely professional and polite throughout. Really appreciated the dedication and clear explanations. Highly recommend.

Installation of bathroom extraction fan. Prompt, professional service. Alex was polite and efficient. Job area was left spotless clean. They ensured if any problem with the install that they would return to resolve if any problems. (nil to date). Definately recommend Platinum for any future electrical work.

Adding to my previous post .... now January 2026. We still stand by our complete faith in Platinum Electrical. Again, the tradespeople who attending were professional to the highest standard. The company are next level when it comes to making arrangements and arriving on time. If you need good service, Platinum Electrical should be your first choice. Platinum Electrical were so professional, prompt and reassuring amidst the horrid weather the Hunter is experiencing this week (May 2025). We had no power on Monday and needed assistance urgently. I have used platinum with James and his team, The team have always been there and communicated promptly, clearly what is going on, they always do what is asked and pricing is fantastic and fair. James and his team pride themselves in not ripping anybody off and that why i will always use platinum warners bay as my go to..... the team have done for me, things from data, electrical, air cond, and helped me throughout my renovations properties. thank you guys. if anyone has a issue email me, these guys will do anyone wrong.
