Miguel recently did outstanding work at my place on the Northern Beaches and I couldn’t be happier with the result. He replaced an old ceiling light with a very quiet DC ceiling fan, which has been perfect, especially coming into the hotter weather. The job wasn’t straightforward, as the fan circuit was tied into another light on a dimmer in the corner of the room. Miguel took the time to reconfigure the circuit and switch properly so the fan is on a simple on/off, and I can now run a smart light in the corner without any issues. Everything works exactly as it should. He also installed a smart light in my hallway to replace an old broken fitting, and it looks fantastic. On top of that, Miguel identified an issue with my switchboard. It was outdated and missing required safety switches, which he explained clearly and offered to upgrade. This was done during a very busy period just before Christmas, and I was extremely grateful he made the time, especially as I had no fan and the heat was ramping up. Since then, I’ve had an air conditioning technician look over the electrical work, and he independently confirmed that Miguel’s work was high quality and done properly. Miguel is professional, trustworthy, communicates clearly, and genuinely goes out of his way to do things right rather than cutting corners. I’ll absolutely be using him again for future electrical work and would confidently recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable electrician.
