North Coast Electrical

I purchased a Bluetti EP760 home battery system directly from Bluetti through a loyalty campaign they ran for existing customers. I was fortunate to find North Coast Electrical was agreeable to install it, despite having never worked with Bluetti and no experience with their product. I needed the new battery to be AC coupled to my existing SolarEdge system. They kindly slotted me into their busy schedule and let Bluetti contract them for the install. The electrical cabling, ducting, isolators and circuit breakers look very neat. Switchboard was upgraded to all Hager with RCBO compliance. Extremely happy with the job. We were very happy with James right from the beginning. He was the 4th person we contacted to get a quote and he was the only one who bothered to call us back. When he came to our house to inspect it he made a time and came exactly when he said he would. He promptly got back with a quote and explained everything. He also gave an expected time frame which was realistic. Then when he did the job, he and his workers got the job done promptly, the aesthetics was great. He was very pleasant to deal with and overall a job well done.

I contacted James on a Sunday asking for a response on Monday, in Townsend, for a non urgent repair after installing a TV wall bracket and drilling through a power cable. The response time to my message was like NOTHING I have experienced before. Almost immediate. The job was completed without fuss on Monday and the electrician who attended was described as being so nice. This is why you recently won an award. If I could get you to come up to Tweed Heads I would have my hand up. Awesome business to deal with an amazing staff. Well done.

I had a real problem and James and his offsider arrived within hours of my call. They spent a lot of time to make sure that the cabling was all okay and fixed any that needed attention. More than happy with them. James also kept in touch with me by phone which I appreciate. Would highly recommend him.
