We engaged Keith of Next Level Electrical Services for our major home renovation, which included full upgrade of power from supplier, strip out existing wiring and complete new wiring install including assisting in design with layout and lightning types, new fit out of lights and fans internal and external, powering of all new appliances, full security system. We found Keiths work exceptional along with his commitment to assisting us in design with the best possible outcome for us at all times. We can honestly say that Keith is a person who delivers and provides a service in committing to do what he says he is going to do and not stopping till all is done! We recently used Keith for our kitchen installation after his previous good work replacing our down lights. He did an amazing job in solving the problems that arose and provided great advice on available hardware. Keith works efficiently and neatly, maintains a good relationship with other tradies and was responsible for the successful completion of our job. He willingly goes the extra mile to ensure an excellent finished product. We highly recommend him.

Keith and his team were a pleasure to deal with and completed all works exactly to spec and in record time. We were in a rush to get an air con install complete before summer hit and with my partner heavily pregnant. My original electrician unexpectedly pulled out so we were a bit stressed! Keith took my call immediately and was very friendly. We exchanged job details via SMS and before long we had booked in a time. The team arrived early and knocked on my door exactly when arranged. I briefed him and gave him a tour of the site. He then briefed his team and they got to work immediately. The job was done exactly as requested and fast! The team gave me a detailed rundown afterwards and forwarded any other details they noticed on-site for my records. The air con tech came through some time later and was very happy with the work. The project was completed and has all been running beautifully for months now. I will be engaging them again and highly recommend them.

Keith installed our new lights and fans for our recent renovation. We also had several halogen downlights we asked him to change over to LED for us as well as replacing all our front lights and installing new light fittings on top of the renovation work he was doing. I contacted Keith just over a week ago to arrange a quote for upgrading our downlights. He responded promptly and was able to do the work at short notice. I also decided to replace a pendant light (fixed to a very high ceiling), wall light and a number of other switches and RCDs. I was very impressed with Keith's professionalism and positive attitude - nothing was too much trouble for him. The quality of his work was excellent and he was very helpful and patient in explaining the work that was required.
