It's hard to overstate how professional Shakil is. The quality of his work is second to none. His attention to detail, solution discussions with me, suggestions for improvements, willingness to go the extra mile, and all-around great attitude really set him apart. He's a straight arrow, which is so nice to find. I'll proudly be using him until he retires, which is hopefully a long way in the future. Can't recommend him enough.

Absolutely wonderful team to work with. Shakil and his team worked with us from when we drew up the plans for our new office space all the way until the last light was turned on. We had very complicated requirements from speakers / mics inbuilt in walls to signage and the team at New Born not only didn't say they couldn't do it, but figured out a way to do it with our budget in mind and a smile on their face. Above and beyond!!! We recently did a total renovation on our 70year old house. Out of all the tradies that we dealt with, Shakil and his team would have to be the most reliable and passionate of the lot. From the start we could tell they cared about our house as if it were their own. From carefully designing where each light was going to be positioned to rebuilding our entire circuit board and pretty much everything that connected to it. They worked safely and professionally throughout the whole job and weren’t completely satisfied until we were. “Good enough” is not an option for these guys. We couldn’t be happier. Thank you!!

His workmanship was remarkable, and he did an excellent job. He left the place spotless. We were truly impressed and delighted with his service. If I can give 100 stars or thumbs up I will. Shak and Mohammed were professional and very friendly, easy to deal with from the first consult to the final works being completed. Had all the lights changed, flood lights, stove and other electrical work done. Went through everything that needed very thoroughly; double confirmed everything on the day and always kept me in the loop with what they were going to do which was very reassuring. The works were neat and professionally done. Cannot fault anything really. It was very pleasant to deal with Shak and will definitely recommend him to anyone who needs electrical work done.
