Nugent Electrical recently installed our off-grid solar system (12 kW Sigenergy inverter, 5×8 kWh batteries, and 36 Jinko panels, and trenching power to outbuidings), and the whole experience has been outstanding. From the very beginning, communication was seamless. They were extremely responsive to questions, thorough in their quoting, and upfront about everything. When federal government rebates were introduced just after I accepted the quote, it delayed component delivery, but Nugent were honest about the situation and kept me fully informed throughout. Installation itself was faultless, they were punctual, respectful, tidy, and top-quality workmanship. The team took the time to explain the system’s setup, capabilities, and limitations in a way that was easy to understand. The system itself is high-end, looks fantastic, and performs exactly to spec. While waiting on components, I decided I needed backup generation, and Nugent recommended an affordable generator and connected it to the system for me. For the quality of components, expert advice, installation, and additional electrical work, I believe the system represents real value for money. Nugent handled all rebates smoothly, all I had to do was sign one DocuSign document. After installation, a technician came out and spent over an hour walking me through the system, and they continue to provide remote monitoring to flag any issues. Their customer service is the real standout: responsive, proactive, and genuinely customer focused. Highly recommended, Nugent Electrical are professional, reliable, and go above and beyond.

Last year we had Neal and the team install power to our property. This week we had Neal come out and install a 6.3kw solar system on our new build. Excellent knowledge of the product and most importantly, he only uses top shelf known brands of products such as the inverter (Fronius) and top rated panels. His workmanship is second to none and his attention to detail in the install is fantastic. Anyone looking to get anything solar related, give Neal and the team a call, as they are the best around and that's important when you spend good money on a great solar system. Five Stars.

Excellent work and support!! We were so impressed with Neal's work. We're out of town, so we chose to go with a full off-grid system a year ago, and we love it! Neal offers amazing support, even long after the job has been done! Anytime I can't remember what to do, he's ready to give support in the way of txt, call, or a call-out. We were up for a 25k transformer for our block at Tatham. However took the chance and contacted Neal and somehow he was able to secure us enough amps to power our house with the existing unit with no upgrade required. Saved us $20 plus k easy. Charged us a great price to have the power connected on time and in budget. Now have organised to have our solar installed by Neal in early 2019. Would recommend Neal and the team for any electrical work and solar.
