I got an appointment with ease at the time I wanted it. Jesse gave very good advice on the job at hand and did neat and professional work. He also spotted and rectified previous faulty workmanship by another electrician which could have been quite unsafe. I appreciated the strong safety-first approach. We had a ceiling fan and bathroom heat lamp installed. Had some unexpected complications (due to our building design) but the team handled it well and did a fantastic job. Our electricians were friendly, professional and reliable from start to end. Particularly appreciated that they kept our paintwork clean, patched up holes neatly and cleaned up after themselves. The office staff were great too from handling our initial quote to organising for someone to come out. Highly recommend.

Professionally installed external lights and auto sensors at a competitive price. We have a heritage listed house so they took extra care and work not to have exposed conduit or wiring. Very happy with their installation,,, they were reliable, on time, made sure everything worked and that the three sensors were positioned and set optimally. Very impressed with the service today. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful in making the appointment. Laura arrived on time and she was very professional and friendly. She fixed the kitchen light which when turn on would cause my entire apartment lights to switch off. She replaced the light with LED. The service was very professional, fast and clean. The price was reasonable for the installation of a brand new light. After Laura left I had a small issue as I felt that the light was too bright for my kitchen. I called Mcintosh electrical and they were very friendly and fast in solving the issue. Laura had a very busy schedule, but she took the time to come back and reinstalled another light which I am very happy with the result. This is one of the best company I ever dealt with as they make sure customers are happy. For sure I will call them again for future services. They are highly recommended.
