Macquarie Power Level 2 ASP Electrician

Peter has been a life saver! Coming home to a defect notice at our front door from Ausgrid was not how we were expecting our week to go. Getting a Level 2 Electrician seemed to be a much harder task than we anticipated - until I came across Peter with a Google search (2 and a half weeks later)! Within 2 hours of initial contact he was at our house providing a quote, and noted other areas he would be looking to help fix as much as possible (e.g. height of power line running to our house over the road). He was able to give a quote for everything on the spot, and was completely understanding when I noted I had to speak to my partner and ensure he was happy with the quoted price. This was on Friday, by this afternoon (Wednesday) the works have been completed, correction / actioning paperwork provided to Ausgrid and us, and now one of our stresses is gone! As a female, to have someone like Peter explain things to me (as much as I needed to know) and not speak down to me, have such a quick turn around and strong work ethic has not gone unnoticed! The way the job was finished is to an exceptionally high standard, and the way he spoke of being proud of how the job was finished, and the way he takes pride in his work justifies Macquarie Power being the best pick for electrical works!

Macquarie Power responded to an emergency call to one of my rental properties during recent storms where power had disconnected due to a falling tree. Reconnection required a team with specialist skills and qualifications. Peter and the team liaised with Ausgrid, the tenant and property manager to restore power quickly and safely.
