Jonathan helped install my Sonos system and sound bar recently. He was brilliant at recommending a great product (took a genuine interest in my watching / listening habits) and then did a super diligent and polished job at a fairly tricky installation. 10/10 on both professionalism and neat work. He even stayed on to install all the apps, show me how the tech worked. It’s a privilege to recommend Konk to all.

Our kitchen lights were affected by a continuous leak from an upstairs apartment overnight . It was not urgent and also on the weekend. Jonny told us he was away during the day but because he was so highly recommended by our neighbours, we decided to wait for him to return. He kept us informed the whole time and was very thorough when checking the source of the leaks and all the electricals that may have been affected. In the end, only a light switch was damaged but because he didn’t have the same part, made do with what he had and then came back on Monday with the right part. Jonny was punctual, efficient and honest and we’re grateful we found a great electrician and also get to support a local business!

Jonny has helped us install new internal lights, set up new external lighting and update miscellaneous electrical throughout our house. He listened carefully to what we wanted to do and provided us with expert advice as well as choice on the products required. Jonny is punctual, a fantastic communicator and thorough.
