After being let down by an installer at the last minute I reached out to Jake who was helpful and professional and promised to fit a new aircon 2 days later. His lovely team arrived as a storm was threatening and were unfazed by the location, work to be done, or impending rain. They were friendly, helpful, proactive and practical. They worked fast and hard through a wild storm, wind and rain lashing them and trees falling around the farm. They cleaned up after themselves, were polite and kind.
