Jim is the kind of guy you can ring at 5 o’clock on a Friday just as he’s pouring his first weekend beer with an electrical emergency, and he jumps straight in the car and rushes to help you. I know this because it’s exactly what happened this afternoon. His work is excellent and done with good cheer. We are so grateful.

Jim Douglas has provided us with the most competent, reliable and fairly priced service. He has come out on New Years Day, on weekends and also at very short notice. We recently had no hot water and rather than charging us, he diagnosed that it was an off peak hot water issue that is the responsibility of Endeavour energy. He got our hot water back for us and notified Endeavour to fix the problem permanently. Really a very ethical man and obviously knows his trade. He has done electrical work around our acreage and in our home and shed. He has got us out of trouble on a couple of times but turning up on New Years day was really appreciated.
