When speaking to Wade the office based Operations Manager he knew specific details of my job and what had been done in each area of the house, so no annoying complicated communication about it all. He had every detail of the job covered. Excellent and efficient after sales service which exceeded expectations. The team who attended on the day my ducted air conditioning was installed were very friendly and worked well. My experience with Wade and Snap Freeze was overall a pleasant experience. Wade went above and beyond to make sure my health condition was accounted for when he took time out of his busy schedule to immediately come and offer assistance with a quote. Installation did present some hiccups, but that was not Wade's fault, and while it extended communication around the job for a period longer, Wade made personal contact and rectified the concerns I had in an open and personable manner that not only sorted the issue I had at the time but also did so in a way that remained professional to not only me but also his staff. Overall, I would recommend Snap Freeze if you require any of your heating or cooling needs to be met.

I can’t speak highly enough of this business. When we called they went out of their way to fit us in on the same day. Despite his busy schedule, Greg showed up promptly, assessed the problem quickly and stayed until our air conditioning was working again.
