Really impressed with the same day service I received when I phoned in the morning with smoke detectors issues. Young man named Jack came out (even earlier than they had planned) which was great and he was pleasant and knowledgeable and had the job done (installing two new smoke detectors) done within half an hour. Very efficient. Highly recommend.

Had Jaaz do a bunch of electrical tasks for us - new smoke alarm replacement, running an Ethernet cable through the roof into our computer room, fix a light that wasn’t working, seperate out a toilet fan and light into 2 switches, replace some outdoor pump outlets, a dodgy powerpoint, install a completely new fuse box, and re-wire a dodgy large shed at the property we moved into. The Jaaz team performed excellently at every point during the whole process. Jake came out initially and was friendly, knowledgeable and approachable during his diagnosis and quote, and then Saige the receptionist was great organising and answering my questions. The actual team of guys that came out to do the job worked hard, cleaned up well and all around did a great job - definitely better than other tradies we’ve had in the past! Tom in particular did a great job keeping me informed of their progress and showing me each completed task, while explaining what they were doing and answering my questions. Fantastic job guys!

Had Jazz electrical out to install wiring in readiness for roller shutters and install 3 ceiling fans. Polite, efficient staff , Ben and Bill. Home left in a clean state. Worked non stop all day, credit to their company.

Very impressed with JAAZ from getting a quote from Jake to Paige in the office and two young men Caleb and Tom who did the work. The job was done quickly, efficiently with me and my home were treated with respect. I'm very happy with my new additions and would recommend this fantastic team to anyone requiring electrical work.
