Easy to liaise with and patient with my queries over the phone. Love the booking system that I could upload pictures to better describe my issue and get a quote. Reasonable price and quick response. Matt did the job nicely. He is very friendly and professional, unlike some sparky man you could feel they are not honest. Very happy with the service. Probably saved my life.

I recently had impulse do a job at my home installing new lights and a fan. Matt came to do the initial quote and provided information regarding their processes as well as his expertise in placement and requirements of what I was trying to achieve. I was more than happy to commence with the work as he was able to make me feel confident the end result would look great. The pricing was fantastic and the booking for the job was done promptly. The 2 gentlemen who carried out the work arrived on time and also provided me with options and offered advice on their work which was greatly appreciated. They finished the work quickly and cleaned up after themselves. The work looks amazing and I know that if I need electrical needs in the future I wouldn't need to call anyone else but impulse. We have used impulse electrical a couple of times now and for good reason. Recently we had them install an isolation switch and upgrade our 3 phase power switchboard to improve overall safety. The team was knowledgeable, thorough and took the time to explain the work being done. Their workmanship is excellent, they're reliable, punctual, friendly and take safety and compliance seriously. Initially getting a quote and getting someone around to the house to assess the job was very efficient and a good experience. The team that did the work also arrived on time and were professional. We paid the invoice in good faith as soon as the work was complete. However we then discovered that the work was not finished properly with poor workmanship in fixing the rangehood to our wall. This was then rectified a week or so later

Arrived earlier than the scheduled time, which we really appreciated. They quickly diagnosed the issue with our light fixtures and had everything working perfectly in no time. Very professional, efficient and respectful. Thank you.
