Impact are my go to for any electrical work we need done. I had three different quotes done for a new air conditioning system. Chris was the only one who actually measured our rooms to work out the size of the system that would be best for our home. Others just looked at the size of our existing unit and recommended the exact same. Chris recommended going up in kw and fully explained the rationale. We’ve had a/c, fans, outdoor power, etc. installed by Impact. I’m very happy to recommend Impact for any electrical work. Chris is down to earth and honest.

We wanted to install a split system air conditioner on an inside wall in a double brick home. Not the usual back to back installation and not the easiest job. After being told by a few other companies that they couldn’t do it the way we wanted, we rang Chris at Impact Air. He came over to have a look ( on time too - love that!) and offered a solution that allowed the unit to be installed right where we wanted it. We couldn’t believe it! Chris gave us a very competitive quote too, for both supply and installation which we accepted on the spot! His attention to detail was excellent, he measured every room and thoroughly explained my options. I kept changing details and he kept updating the quote with no problems. Impact Air's quote was the cheapest, and their service was the best. They booked me in promptly and showed up when they said they would to install. It was a big job but they were friendly, professional and cleaned up after themselves. The whole process was easy and painless. I would definitely recommend them and use them again!
