HY's Renovations & Maintenance

We hired HY's to extend our living room, to completely re-do our backyard, and create a seamless indoor / outdoor experience. I have to say that the result exceeds our expectations. I would definitely recommend HY's, they're a quality outfit, and I give them a lot of credit for in particular three things: 1) They were very open to ideas and excellent at structuring everything I threw at them into an overall plan and then project managing that plan from start to finish. 2) During the execution a few extra opportunities for improvement popped up and HY's brought them to us pro-actively. They're really good at thinking about the project from the owners perspective and don't mind being flexible. 3) Their work is top quality. It's hard to find good builders in Australia. I'm German and there must be some truth to the common stereotypes as I find it very hard to compromise on quality and to accept some of the short cuts that's so common here. HY's did quality work from start to finish that gives me confidence that it will last for many years. The long and the short of it is: If you're looking for a competitive, top quality, boutique builder then I can definitely recommend this one.

I used Hys for some interior painting and electrical work. They were very professional and did a fantastic job with our house, it looks amazing. Very clean and tidy and totally reliable. Thank you! I will definitely be using Hys again.
