From start to finish, the level of service from Al and his team at Gold Cape Electrical was exceptional. Al was responsive as soon as I made contact and had his team on-site within 48 hours — impressive turnaround. They efficiently resolved a serious issue with our switchboard that was infested with ants, and the electricians who attended were on time, professional, and genuinely courteous throughout the job. After the work was completed, it became clear that our Starlink system had been affected by the new circuits. Rather than leaving us to sort it out ourselves, Al personally came out to investigate and ensured the issue was fully resolved — especially mindful that I was about to travel. His hands-on approach and commitment to getting it right made all the difference to what would have been a potential nightmare for our house sitter while we are away! I have rarely encountered this level of care, accountability, and follow-through from a trades business. Great work, transparent, reliable and fair pricing. Alan, Dan and the team at Gold Cape completed all the electrical work on our house rebuild at Tintenbar in Byron Hinterland. We sourced most of our lighting and fans through them. They we're super flexible with our timeline and stages and have continued to come back out for a range of small ongoing jobs. Alan even hooked us up with a few other great local area trades. Highly recommend these guys.

Al, the principal, is a very competent, knowledgeable and efficient electrician. He gets to my home when he says he will, employs very efficient and friendly staff, and delivers on time and on budget. It is a relaxed and predictable experience every time. No surprises between the quote and invoice and top class work. He even recognised me in Bunnings some months later!
