GB Electrical Contractors installed a complete emergency lighting system in our building in the Newcastle CBD. They were complete professionals and worked with the owners and tenants to accommodate the installation in a manner that provided minimal disruption including scheduling some of the work for weekends to avoid disruption to a doctor's surgery hours Monday to Friday. The work was neat especially considering the building age and heritage requirements. Everything was done to schedule and standards ensuring building compliance with modern fire standards and all work areas were managed safely and kept clean and tidy for the duration of the job. Highly recommended

GB Electrical installed my electric gates and electric garage doors back in October 2019. I am very impressed with Brad and GBE for their quality and reliable service.The electric gates opening times and widths were customised for me and they have never missed a beat, even after the recent heavy rain and flooding on my road. My garage doors are old so recently got stuck, Brad from GBE came out and fixed the problem. Fantastic service :)

Having recently retired from our Mechanical engineering business, i purchased a Unimig Viper inverter welder to take up metal craft at home. This unit had a 12 month warranty but considering our retirement my wife and i jumped into our caravan and remained traveling around australia for several months. On return i set up the welder to find it failed to perform per spec and was advised to seek advice from GB Electrical in newcastle because it was 2 months out of warranty...!!!. i visited GB Electrical and spoke with Penny in reception who listened to my story and introduced me to Ryan as one of their technician's. Ryan was good enough to give me a Unimig representative's name and number to seek a warranty outcome plus technical advice which was invaluable . My purpose in writing this review is simply to extend my appreciation for the kindness that Penny and Ryan gave me in representing GB Electrical. Ryan even carried the welder out to our car for me... well done team ... customer service that goes beyond words. Kind regards Malcolm.
