Excellent Service and a Seamless Experience I recently needed to replace a rusty power pole and reached out to Everest Electrical. From start to finish, the experience was smooth, professional, and surprisingly pleasant. Andrew, the Level 2 electrician, was knowledgeable, efficient, and a pleasure to deal with. The entire process was also exceptionally well-coordinated by Leigh, who ensured everything ran without a hitch. What impressed me most was that the entire job was completed without ever meeting the team in person—our communication by phone and email was more than sufficient. I feel fortunate to have randomly chosen Everest Electrical in Warriewood to give me a quote on repairs to my powerlines, brought down by a tree during recent high winds. This required a Level 2 contractor and as we had been without power for just over two days I wanted the work done a.s.a.p. Andrew was in the area and was able to attend and quickly give me a very acceptable quote to do the work the same day. I have to say that he and his whole team went out of their way to make this all happen within a few hours. The job required a new private pole to be installed, replacement of old fixtures on the house and new power cables connected to mains network. Everything was left clean and tidy. Without a doubt, this is the sort of professionalism you want; quick response and a fair quote, quality work, and excellent and courteous communication from everyone, including Leigh in the office. Special mention to the two young men who attended in the morning, their manners and workmanship is something really appreciated this day and age. You got some keepers there! Quote was provided on the same day as my call, your team came out right away to inspect our old switchboard. Out of the 4 quotes I got you were by far (and I mean by FAR) the best, the other said I needed to replace everything to the street ($5000-$8000+). Finding a trustworthy team to do job is somewhat intimidating these days. But from my first call to the completion of the job I really felt that Everest Electrical wanted to help us. I haven't had an experience that smooth in a long time. Really fast turnaround, they did exactly what they said they would do, exactly when they said they would. A few issues getting our old pole out but all handled professionally and swiftly with no drama. Price was great.

I received a quote for replacement of an old switchboard from Andrew at Everest. The quote was professional communications were prompt and efficient and required level 2 electricians. They turned up on the day they agreed early, reviewed the work to be done in an efficient and professional manner compared to others that quoted.
