Friendly guys, competent work and they arrived exactly when they said they would. AJ was booked to address a problem with bridged intercom wiring for one unit using an old intercom system, and after quite a bit of of testing and adjustments, they were able to bypass the faulty signal wire and restore the correct doorbell/intercom functionality. Having observed them working I felt they were methodical with their approach, regularly testing changes and confirming that no new problems had been introduced, which is what you want when dealing with an older system with no building wiring diagrams. I'd recommend them.
