We had no hesitation in engaging Brad for further work after he worked on our bathroom renovation. My electric bike is stored in a garage two levels below the bedrooms. I was worried we would be asphyxiated or incinerated before our living area smoke alarm sounded in the case of a fire. Brad installed new smoke alarms on every level that will all sound together if any one is activated. Who knew such a thing was possible? Brad also installed a power point in the garage that I can control via a phone app. No more over-charging the bike. Brad has also helped us out in an emergency when we had no lights working in the house. He diagnosed the problem in about 2 minutes and promptly organised the materials required for a fix. Brad has also greatly improved the task lighting and power points in our house. He has good, sensible ideas and is transparent about the costs. Brad’s communication is excellent and he turns up on time every time. Work is performed efficiently and Brad is very easy to deal with. We highly recommend Brad from Electricase.

We were extremely pleased with Brad's wiring of our new heat pump. Not only did he install new circuitry to a very high standard, but he rectified previous electrical shortcomings in a number of areas, including our pool light. His "can do" attitude and pleasant manner make him a very welcome and appreciated tradesman at our home. Highly recommended.

Brad installed a new high-current circuit to our back shed and connected a new hard-wired pool heater. He was on time, polite, explained heaps of information when he visited for the quote, did a really neat job and was reasonably priced. He even showed me how to control the heater and explained how to get the most efficiency out of it. It was clear that he prides himself on doing really safe and professional work. 10/10, will be calling Brad again.

Extremely happy with the work that Brad has done. Brad was recommended to me by a friend who was happy with his work, so I'm passing on the same recommendation. Super easy and prompt communication.

Frequently asked questions

How much do electricians typically charge?
Costs vary depending on the job type, how much fault-finding is needed, and whether switchboard or circuit work is involved. Electricians typically charge a call-out fee plus an hourly labour rate, and after-hours attendance usually attracts higher rates. Check the live pricing on this page to compare local quotes.
Do electricians charge call-out fees?
Call-out fees are common and are usually charged separately to labour and materials to cover travel and the initial assessment. Some providers may also have a minimum charge for small jobs, so it's worth confirming any call-out or minimum fees when requesting quotes.
Do electricians need a licence in Australia?
Yes — electrical work must be carried out by a licensed electrician in every Australian state and territory, and in NSW licensing is through NSW Fair Trading. Electricians should display a valid state electrical licence number on quotes and advertising and will usually issue a Certificate of Electrical Safety on completion of work.
Does Electricase have a verified ABN?
Yes. Electricase has completed ABN verification on SureQuote.
How do I get a quote from Electricase?
