Connect Power Services answered my call when I had lost power and needed it restored urgently, late at night. Within a few hours power was restored! Since then CPS has been my go to and only provider of electrical trades and services in the greater Newcastle and Hunter regions. Best in the business.

Exceptional Service – Truly Went Above and Beyond We recently engaged Connect Power Services for a range of electrical works, and I can confidently say their service far exceeded our expectations. Every step of the process was handled with efficiency and transparency — from quoting and scheduling, to installation and final inspection. They were punctual, respectful of our space, and left the site spotless at the end of each day. Their attention to detail was outstanding, ensuring all work not only met code but was neatly presented and future-proofed where possible. What impressed me most was their proactive communication and willingness to go the extra mile — suggesting small improvements that made a big difference, and patiently answering every question along the way. It’s rare to find tradespeople who are this invested in delivering quality and client satisfaction. Highly recommend Connect Power Services to anyone looking for reliable, skilled, and thoughtful electricians. A five-star experience from start to finish.

Had the boys around to do some work, very professional and cleaned up after themselves. Will definitely be getting them back 👍🏻
