Had a few faulty switches in my new home. Clipsal promptly sent someone out and replaced them all free of charge and advised me to call them back if I had any other issues later down the track. Thank you 👍🏼

I am absolutely mind blown with how efficient their “Airflow” bathroom fan/exhaust is. Usually we turn the fan on before having a shower so haven’t been able to truely appreciate how good this is; My partner forgot to turn it on today before having a shower, when I entered the room after 10mins of the fan not being on the room was almost not visible inside and extremely hot from all the moister in the air and the mirror was just one wet wall. I switched the fan on and I kid you not, in less than 30 seconds the mirror was COMPLETELY clear of water and the room was cool and visible again. Quite frankly mind blown that such a small system can be so effective!

Yes we had a Clipsal Outdoor Infrascan sensor stop working but the under warranty service after a couple of years was sensational. The electrician Julian contacted us and came out at a time to suit us and replaced with a new sensor. With this type of warranty service, we'd look to buy Clipsal products over others - even if more expensive. Added bonus their customer service is based in Australia!
