In fact we are so happy we are getting him back to install even more batteries on our granny flat soon.

Charlie Sparks was not my first choice as I had few others which I had contacted. I decided to give it a go and spoke to Charlie. I am glad I did because Charlie responded swiftly and within 2 days have come up with several quotes based on different options. He was accommodating to my request when I asked him to change quotes a few times as I was not sure what I wanted. He was not pushy to close sales and let me take time to decide whilst willing to provide advice. Other providers were as a slow as a snail. One provider kept insisting that she needed to talk to both my wife and I! The quote was competitive. He was not the cheapest but I was happy to go with him. The works included a dismantling of old system, install bigger solar capacity and install a new inverter and battery. A few days after I signed the contract, Charlie's admin person called to arrange installation in two weeks. I was impressed ! Initially I was worried that it would take ages for the installation to happen. The crew who did the installation arrived around 7am. I understand they were not subcons and were all inhouse. They were polite from the beginning to the end. The install was neat. They helped me with the grid connection, install the App and explain how it worked. Thank you Charlie and team.
