Glenn, what a report. Great great detail, easy to understand...the bible everybody needs prior to purchasing their home. Your report gave us great confidence moving forward and me personally a nice guide of what I need to attack first (cosmetically). Great communication and a modern and technically savvy approach with thermal cameras to get that magic look of what's actually going on behind the walls. Keep this great work up Glenn and once we are ready for our second one...we know who to ring. Also liked it heaps to catch up with you at the property for a chat of your findings and recommendations.

We had a 5 day cooling off period on our new home purchase and Glenn moved some jobs around so he could fit in our inspection asap. He was very thorough and allowed me to meet him onsite to run through his findings. Report was available within 24 hours. Glenn was contactable around the clock for any follow up queries. Recommend!
