They accommodated our business needs regarding timing the power interruption and even took away the old oven we had disconnected. Incredibly pleased with the service provided today from CEASSA. I called at 3.30pm on a Saturday afternoon after experiencing a blackout. I had then had Kyle at my house within the next hour. He couldn’t be friendlier and more happy to complete the job. Never met an electrician or tradie so bubbly and willing to explain the problem. I knew the price upfront due to it being an issue with a fixed price for repair and it was very reasonable and about $600 cheaper than another electrician I contacted first. Will be now using them in the future, thanks so much guys.

We just had an outstanding example of customer service from Kyle and his team from CEASSA. He provided us with a proposal to upgrade our home wiring connection to the street pole by putting it all underground while future proofing it and providing for addition services down the track the upgrade included modernising our old 80s era fuse box with new panel, circuit breakers and provision for smart meters. Kyle and his team arrived right on time and worked diligently and skillfully. We are delighted with the result and would recommend CEASSA for any electrical works.

It was Friday night and while cooking dinner, the house experienced a black out. We tried resetting the main power box a few times, but it was to no avail. We called Ceassa and they showed within minutes, identifying the issue and replacing the entire faulty mechanism that prevented the reset from happening inside half an hour! A total night saver of what could've been a cut short evening with dinner half started on the oven. Courteous, effective and quick! Highly recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
