From day one, Brett was incredibly responsive. He answered every call (or called me back immediately if he missed it) and took the time to explain every detail of such a significant investment. His expertise with the SigEnergy environment was evident throughout the installation, and when I reported a small fault, he drove two hours each way the very next day which was a Saturday morning to sort it out without hesitation.
