Josh was a pleasure to deal with. No request was too hard or problem too difficult. Was quick to respond, did a great job, and even cleaned up afterwards. Black Ion will definitely be getting a call for any future electrical jobs.

When I called him to complete the work, he called me straight back and organised a time to come out. I am very impressed by his work ethic.

I was so relieved the tradesman Josh was able to attend my older home and sort out my electrical issues. When I mentioned to Josh that I may be selling my older home soon, he gave me some good suggestions and options that I would not have considered before. Im pleased about this as it will be both safer and more appealing to buyers to help it sell. After paying the bill for the work that Josh had completed I mentioned the price and length of time he had been here to some other tradesman friends of mine and they said the cost was very worth while for the job and time he spent fixing the wiring and outlets. I really recommend Josh as an honest person who will clearly explain whats involved in the electrical repairs and would call him without hesitation for any further issues.
