I walked into the Bes -Elect office to make an inquiry about how to install a flood light on my iron alfresco roof. I met Ben who was so welcoming and explained the best solution and very knowledgeable. Ben organised the job. A few days later Bes-Elect arrived to complete the job. The Electricians, Jayden and Laura were very pleasent and did an amazing job. I could not be happier and i would highly recommend Bes -Elect Electrical.

Ben and his team at Bes-Elect are the BEST! They are courteous and efficient and their work is carried out in a professional manner. Not only do they respect the owner's property, they also clean up after they finish. Importantly, they are happy to time their visits to fit in with other tradies' schedules.

I am super happy with every aspect of my dealings with Bes-Elect. Everyone from the receptionist, the owner and the tradies who did a large variety of different electrical work at my home, all provided excellent and respectful service. The guys were organised, tidy, courteous and very thorough and took a lot of care to consult with me on every aspect of what was a lot of fiddly work both inside and outside the house. We had trouble with our Hot Water System so we rang and Luke came out and replaced the element in it. When we rang we got help out straight away and the manners of the lady I spoke too was very polite and very helpful and organized Luke to come out and fix it. We have used you numerous time and the job was done very professorally. I would recommend you to anyone I wish we had people like you over in the Forster and Taree area.
