  Had an electrical problem with our caravan on a Friday of all days with no power in the van at all. After calling around getting no answer and leaving messages with no reply I called benchmark and left a message, I was promptly called back within 10 mins and they sent a young fella and young lady out a few hours later with them finding our issue straight away with us needing a new main socket. Great customer service with very helpful and friendly team. So appreciative with the prompt service benchmark and would certainly recommend to anyone with any electrical issues. Cheers.

  The work was completed by Jack who arrived on time. He took care not to leave any mess and the job was completed quickly. If required we would prefer to use Benchmark again. Martin Riddell
