So much gratitude towards John and his wonderful prompt service. My Pharmacy was in distrait when our front light box was hanging over the pedestrian footpath due to heavy winds. He was already booked up but managed to make the time to come out as soon as possible and without a fuss fix it! This is not the first time I’ve relied on John for his expertise service, I recommend his business above all others, knowing he’s realiable, professional and looks after the best interest of his customers. I am so grateful to John and his electrical services... finally someone I can completely trust. John has a great sense of community.. he cares about the people he works with and does not overcharge. He went to an extra effort to help me find another tradesperson for an unexpected complication and was happy to explain the job to them for me a few days later. John from Austi Electrical is really attentive, flexible and reasonably priced. He installed an oven and I was happy with it so got him back to do a board upgrade with safety switches that’s been on the cards for a while. A local who cares about other locals.

John from Austi Electrical was great! My wife and I had just purchased a new home and it needed some upgrades, repairs and some updating. John quoted us a reasonable price for the works and was really helpful with questions and advice. His work was great quality, completed quickly and both the wife and I were incredibly happy with the end result. Our home is now safer, with all the switches working, fans and new light fittings. Couldn’t recommend John highly enough!!!
