Michael was great to deal with. I had to delay my work a few times and Michael was very accommodating and easy to work with to find a new date. He followed me and checked the time worked for me. He was punctual and complete the work quickly and cleaned up after himself. Would recommend Michael to anyone for electrical works.

Highly recommend AME - professional, friendly, excellent communication and exceptonal customer service. Michael responded to a late night call out in the Lower North Shore over a month ago. When we checked in on him at around 930pm, we were impressed by his positive and friendly attitude. He patiently answered our questions and was willing to educate us on what went wrong and mitigation strategies despite it being late in the evening. Our unit didnt have power until the following day. Michael kept us informed with timely updates and even checked in later to ensure everything was working. Thanks Michael and team for turning around an unpleasant experience!
