After struggling to find a reliable electrician, I’m so glad it was third time lucky with Matt from Alley Electrical. I called to explain what I needed — moving some TV points and adding extra power points — and Matt was fantastic from the start. He confirmed a time, arrived punctually, and was extremely professional throughout. Nothing was too much trouble. He got straight to work, tidied up afterwards, and even pointed out a potential issue in the roof while he was up there. One of the jobs involved installing a TV/powerpoint setup in the master bedroom so a TV could be wall mounted — and Matt even mounted the TV for me! I was delighted. Alley Electrical offer outstanding service. Matt arrived on time on the agreed date he carried out all the work agreed. Very efficient, no mess. We had several new outlets put in, 2 outdoor powerpoints and security lights, he even hung our daughters TV on the wall. He went above and beyond to help us out. We have booked again for further work. Amazing service, to say we are very pleased would be an understatement. Would highly recommend. We can now enjoy our home as intended.
