Listening and accessing everything I have communicated then giving me an immediate quote for the job then completing the job,cleaning up after. They are the whole package. Right from my initial phone enquiry, where I was greeted by lovely Louise, who was friendly and professional in helping to organise an Electrician to come to my home for a quote. The Electrician Tyler, came to my home, he was certainly “on time” and messaged prior to arriving. He then reviewed what I needed, was very knowledgeable about the product and its logistics and gave great further advice to what was needed. Tyler then came back to install the product, again professional, efficient and friendly throughout, clean and tidy during and after installation. A very pleasant experience from start to end, and would not hesitate to use their services again if required. A great local business that can be trusted.
