Max fixed up many things at a property I was renovating as a business and residence. It was a rather big project involving installing new sub boards, new cabling over an old two storey building, many new ceiling lights (over 40), power points, NBN relocation, electrical for AC install, new switches - these were just some of the work he did. It was a tough gig as the building was old and he had to do many work arounds to make things work. He was very organized, knowledgeable, and communicated the plan of attack very clearly and quickly. To me, communication is the most important aspect of any service, and he excelled at this. He was always on time, forthcoming about scheduling and sent reminders for works too. Of course the work he did was great and he went above and beyond to discuss with me what was needed and also what he thought would be better (not just do) as I was look for expert input too. His pricing was also very fair and transparent, and his quotes and invoices were detailed. I just love working with someone like this. I would highly recommend Max for any electrical work! My renovations are not complete, and once things get moving on the second part of it, I'm sure to call on Max for his help again. Thanks again Max and 99 electrical!

Max was excellent to work. Communication was clear and he walked us through all options at every stage. He was methodical and thorough in carrying out the original work we had booked in (installing 5 fans) while also ensuring additional issues that came up were also resolved professionally.
