We recently had our windows replaced by Pete Every and his team. They did an absolutely sterling job. The frames look amazing and the security fly screens are stunning. Our home looks 20 years younger!! We are very happy with his work, leaving the site clean and tidy to finish. Thank you Pete for such an amazing job!! I phone up Dowell Bassendean Branch and enquired about sliding window parts. When I came in later, Sheila and Jane were very helpful and provided me with the parts I needed for the weeping holes and stopper I needed. They even showed me how to install it myself from the showroom they have on the floor. They are lovely people and very easy to deal with. I was really grateful that they were able to sort out what I need where I already spent few days phoning from different window shops to no avail.

In general the jobs take a bit of time to get booked, however the company has improved their customer service since 2024 and takes better care of their clients. Good communication and friendly team. Two windows replaced in only a few hours. Well done. So far happy with the result. The guys left all tidy and clean. The windows look and work as they should. I am happy to recommend Dowell Windows. The new team is a big improvement.
