I spoke with John as I was having trouble with my 2 electric roller doors getting jammed up and not closing properly, these doors are 20 years old. He came to check them out, John advised me the doors had lost there felt and the motors were struggling which would mean replacing the systems, John adjusted the tracks and cleaned the systems to get me by until I will purchase new motors and doors which made a massive difference! I will be contacting John when the time comes to replace them. John provided Great service! Reliable! While also sharing a great deal of knowledge about the systems and best methods to longevity. Late last year my garage door was getting stuck and the cables were getting wound up. Had many instance when my cars were stuck inside. Called a garage door company from Geelong who looked at it and fixed it. It happened again in a few weeks, this time the son of the owner of the company came and said the rollers were worn and we cannot replace it as they were old and that I had to change the whole garage door quoting $2500 $3000 for a whole door replacement. I decided I won’t get the garage door fixed for a while. Early this year my neighbour told me how he had got his garage door fixed by Sentry Garage doors. The guy who came in was the owner and fixed it for less than $200. He was an experienced man with more than 20 years experience. Thank you and you deserve the 5 star rating.
