Fantastic experience with the Lomond Windows team from start to finish. The quality of the windows themselves is excellent — you can really see and feel the difference compared to standard products. The installation team were professional, efficient and clearly took pride in their work, making sure everything was finished to a high standard. Communication throughout the whole process was also outstanding. The team kept us informed at each stage, were easy to deal with, and made the entire job run smoothly. We chose Lomond for three reasons, The quality of the product, The price, and the professionalism of the salesperson Nicole. We split the house into two phases, Phase one is now completed. We are very happy with the results they look great and completely transform the appearance of the house. The installation team of Suck, LP and Ash did a great job. A little disappointing to have tin trims on the outside of the bay windows but otherwise really pleased, Phase two already ordered.

We are a week into enjoying our new Lomond double glazed windows and doors. The house is quiet and comfy to the to the point the heater is hardly used these days. We have had an amazing experience with Lomond starting with talking to Nicole to initially meet her for our first measure and quote and looking at styles and windows with her. This was all before the company had fully arrived in Geelong. Nicole is very patient and and professional as we had many questions and it was a pleasure to work with her. The installation went ahead without a hitch , Suhk and LP the installers were friendly and pleasant men to have in our home. They are very professional and thorough in the installation, and happy to answer any questions along the way. House inside and out was cleaned up every day. We love the look of our new windows and doors as it has improved the look of the house and added value to the house. With the locking system on the doors and windows we feel safe in our home. We would not hesitate to recommend Lomond Geelong as they are accommodating ,honest and a pleasure to work with .

Second phase of windows installation completed yesterday, and we could not be more pleased with the result. The installation team of Suhk and LP work so well together and do a very professional job. We had to cancel the date of installation due to a family bereavement and Lomond were very accommodating and helpful. Thankyou Lomond for a job well done. David George.

Double glazing is a sizeable investment, and we did our homework by obtaining four separate quotes before choosing to proceed with Lomond Windows. Their UPVC product is market leading in performance and durability as well as there being basically no need for maintenance, and they look sensational too. Nicole was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable along the way-making several visits to our house. Also Sukh & LP (and Co.) worked very hard in installing our windows and doors, and they too were friendly, professional , knowledgeable and courteous. The functionality, quality & performance of the Lomond double glazed windows & doors we have had installed was immediately obvious. Our home is much quieter, and our home will be much more energy efficient too. Definitely recommend these guys. & their product. Shane & Laura.
