  Absolutely thrilled with the outcome of the work carried out by the team. From our initial contact with Simone, and then Ian, Steve and Janet, through to the work carried out by the two Scotts, Anthony, Aaron, and Justin, it has been an absolute pleasure dealing with them. When my wife and I can have a good chuckle and conversation with all the boys doing the install, you know it's going to turn out well. They left the workspace clean and tidy after the job was complete. Our home looks 20 years newer with the new doors and windows. The difference is night and day. Yes, it may cost more than average, but we would rather support a local business using all Australian made components. Highly recommended is an understatement in this case! The before and after photos say it all.

  Duncan and Anthony did a great job installing the new door with the raised threshold sill in preparation for some upcoming balcony repairs. The workmanship was neat and professional, and they matched the door colour very well with the existing window frames so it blends in naturally with the house. Everything feels solid and well-finished, and the installation looks seamless. Very happy with the result.

Although we did experience an error along the way, it was handled and rectified smoothly and professionally which we really appreciated. The tradesmen were fabulous! Meticulous, respectful and with excellent attention to detail. The whole process felt well managed and stress-free. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Face Lift for Homes to anyone and will absolutely be using them again in the future if and when we replace other windows and doors.

From start to finish, the experience was seamless, efficient, and professional. Scott, the supervisor, was exceptional in coordinating the entire project. Scott was always available to answer any questions I had and made sure that I was informed and comfortable with every step of the installation. I also want to commend his team—Duncan, Con, and Daniel—who were absolutely fantastic. They were punctual, respectful, and worked with incredible efficiency.
