Rang on a wed afternoon with a problem of a self installed roller door. There was no issue. Next day appt spot on promised time. Problem fixed and door operational about half hour later. Cost was great for a callout . Highly recommend for communications and customer service.

I highly recommend Moreton Bay Garage Doors. I reached out to get a quote for a new door (as I'd been told by another company that the old door was stuffed and needed replacing). After chatting with Kyle over the phone he suggested they take a look at the door and it might just need a proper service. Karl came out to check things out and sure enough, a service, new motor and I have a working garage door, running like new. Kudos to the honesty and integrity of this company - they could of jumped in and said 'sure it needs replacing' (I wouldn't know any better), but they didn't. Instead they provided good old fashion, honest service and repair. Thank you guys for your first class work and service. I'll definitely be a return customer when the need arises :)

My Mother (Penny) contacted Moreton Bay Garage doors yesterday as her neighbour couldn’t open his garage door. My Mother was so impressed with the service she asked me to leave a review on her behalf. Carl arrived within the hour to provide assistance. Carl was so efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. He also looked at my mother’s garage door and gave great advice on maintaining the rollers. Thank you so much for the outstanding customer service. It is so rare to find.
