Repairing a door damaged by a tenant last year. Mark and Michelle are a great team. They said they had not expected the door to be so damaged and it would have taken quite an impact to damage it. Still they found the problem, the glass door roller was broken through. They sourced the part immediately through contacts, then drove directly to Coolum to get the part and completed the job by the end of the morning. Glass door is finally rolling smoothly, again. Mark also advised of safety concerns with the door in its damaged state that had not been alerted to me by either the tenant or the agent on final exit inspection. The glass was coming out the door and could have hurt someone. Thanks to Mark and Michelle's determination to fix the door then and there, all is resolved. I recommend them.
