Reflex provided great tech advice on door selection and features, were great to deal with in terms of getting ordered and getting installation scheduled and did a super job of installation. After sales service was great as well when we had a minor problem but was happily and quickly fixed. Best thing I did was taking advice on insulated doors and seals all around both doors - it has reduced heat, cold and noise in the house dramatically. Nice dealing with people who care about their customers and like what they are doing. Five stars.

What a terrific company I knew nothing about garage doors having never owned one before and new to the area Batemans Bay. Got the quotes and reflex came in the best.All the others wanted me to replace the whole door and it’s a double garage door BIG. Reflex suggested that a new motor should do the trick that was a saving of around $2000.00 for me which made me very happy.
