We engaged Ultimate Demolitions for our house demolition and they did a great job. Steve was easy to deal with, his communication was clear the whole way through, he and the team handled neighbours with care and professionalism. The job was completed efficiently and on schedule. The site was left clean and tidy, exactly as promised. A reliable and stress-free experience. If you’re looking for a reliable demolition company that delivers exactly what they promise, we highly recommend Ultimate Demolitions.

I learned about this company from a friend. Steve is very professional; he comes to the construction site for assessments even on weekends. The office is highly efficient in organizing all tasks. The neighbors also have high praise for the company; it hasn't caused them any unpleasantness. I'm very grateful for Steve's work, and as a client, I'm very satisfied.

Absolutely fantastic team; from the office to the site. Helped us with a record turnaround at a great price. A lot of care was taken with the tricky bits of our demo too. Very impressed, and highly recommend.

House demolition and site clearing were completed in just four days. Ultimate is a team truly worth recommending — they are efficient, professional, and trustworthy. I’m really glad I chose them, and I genuinely recommend them to you!

Very nice and professional teams, thx so much for your perfect job done on my site over the past week. No hidden cost and misleading low-price tactics. Highly recommended for everyone. Merry Christmas Steve, Raelene and Tayla from Allen here.
