Their communication and attentiveness throughout the planning and demolition process were second to none. Every question was answered promptly, and reliable advice and guidance through the process was provided. What really impressed me was their efficiency. They completed my demolition significantly faster than my neighbours, which happened around the same time. The difference in speed, organisation, and overall service was remarkable. If you’re considering a demolition company, I can’t recommend Danny and the team at Magill Demolition enough. Magill Demolition have a done a great job on my block. I needed the house and a couple of large trees removed which they have done smoothly and efficiently. I also had to retain a regulated tree which they made sure was clearly defined and took great care to preserve. 5/5 would recommend to anyone who needs a good demolition company.

Great experience. I went through a "partial demolition" as my house was attached on one side and I went with Magill due to their experience with this type of job. The price was reasonable, the team were friendly and communicative and answered all my questions, and there were no issues throughout the process. We required the demolition of our house for our new build, while keeping our existing pool and shed. Danny and his team at Magil Demolition kept us informed through the whole process and started and completed the demolition within the scheduled time frame. One of the biggest advantages was their payment structure—unlike competitors who required up to 50% upfront (even though demolition would not start for another 6 months time), Magill Demolition only required full payment upon completion. Their fixed-price contract was another major plus, as it eliminated unexpected costs related to footing depth or asbestos—no hidden surprises along the way. The demolition was completed efficiently and on time. They also went above and beyond by removing a boundary fence and a large tree that was obstructing our new fence installation, all at no extra cost. Their service was exceptional, and we highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable demolition company.
