We initially got Kev to come and provide a quote for a demolition as we had been told by others our time line was too short for a removal.. this was not the case with QHR, Kev had an off market Buyer and within a week the house was sold and removal was booked in. We were kept very well informed the whole way and the house was successfully removed last week. Can’t recommend these Guys highly enough.. they were extremely professional and so efficient in having the house removed on time.. the Neighbours also loved watching in Awe the skill needed to complete the operation.. Recently did a house removal in Sep. QLDHR team is extremely professional with accurate timeline estimation, planning, accommodate changes and fast response always. Kev is highly experienced, accessed my house within days and 30 mins on the day, guaranteed sale or move to their warehouse. The house removal took place earlier than projected and this goes against other removalist who rejected and even asked to charge for removal! The police escort on the night told me it seems impossible to move mate but then QLDHR did it like its child's car move! Natalie from permits team was extremely professional and helpful in accommodating and timely updates on the requirements, contract and execution. I was priveleged to be able to watch as our old family home (sold 2022)was removed from it's moorings of 74 yrs.
