After making inquiries with several demolition companies for my knock down rebuild, I chose to use Kye at KDS based on his experience with demolitions for project homes and his competitive pricing. I found his pricing to be very fair and there were no big surprise add ons that some other companies do. Kye was quick to respond to any queries I had and did a great job with the demo (photos attached). I would recommend Kye if you are looking to build with a project home builder as he is very familiar with their requirements. Thanks for all your hard work Kye and team!

We engaged KDS Group Qld to demolish a house so that a new house can be built on the site. All our communication was through Kye who is the owner of KDS Group Qld. We found Kye to be honest, reliable and his costs were very reasonable. Our son also engaged KDS Group Qld and his experience was equally good. Kye did a very thorough job each time and we would highly recommend him to other people.
