Home Demolition made a huge, emotional step feel surprisingly easy. From Loris’ honest site assessment to Tameem’s clear admin support and Jimmy’s steady project management, the whole team delivered professionalism with heart. They handled every challenge—including unexpected asbestos—quickly, safely, and with complete transparency. Jimmy also kept me updated every single day with photos, which gave me so much confidence throughout the process. They even managed the compaction of the old pool area thoroughly and efficiently, ensuring the ground was properly prepared for the next stage. Watching a long‑standing home come down isn’t easy, but their respect and care made all the difference. The site was left spotless, compliant, and genuinely ready for the next chapter. Reliable, honest, and exceptionally good at what they do. A fantastic start to any build.

Highly recommend Home Demolitions for your home demo and site preparation based on my experience. They were working on my difficult block, with steep access down to the river. The Home Demolitions team was easy to deal with and great communicators throughout the process. A very experienced and professional team, who are also respectful of the surroundings and neighbours.

Home Demolitions and in particular Jimmy who ran the job were most professional. We were kept up to date on work progress daily. They took care on their work and delivered to schedule. They even looked after all the little things around approvals and keeping neighbours informed. I can't thank them enough and highly recommend.

Home Demolitions is a very professional company. My positive experience started with Loris Piccolo who provided me with a detailed quote. Tameen’s administrative support and guidance was outstanding but the “proof of the pudding” was in the execution of the demolition.Hunter Jonasen and the demolition team did a splendid job. They unfortunately discovered asbestos in the “land fill” which could not have been identified earlier. A very positive end-to-end experience.
