What a legend Danny is! We are so thankful for the service he was able to provide with 24 hours notice. We had to urgently clean out our grandfather’s sold home prior to settlement and Danny and his team provided exceptional service from quoting through to rubbish removal. They were extremely polite, conducted work safely and super efficient. Thanks so much again!

We had a massive cleanup job both inside and outside of a badly neglected house that we wanted to put on the market quickly. Danny and Joe quoted a competitive price but better still did a fantastic job way beyond what other contractors were prepared to do. They were always punctual, cooperative and easy to work with and negotiate problems as they arose in the cleanup including unexpected need for asbestos removal. Danny and his team worked extremely hard in very hot and trying conditions and went beyond what we required them to do to give us the very best outcome possible. They are definitely five star and we would recommend them to anyone needing this sort of work.

Definitely the best company I have had. I called Danny for a « small bathroom » demolition because 2 others companies came and left without doing the job. Finally I found Danny, he was cheaper than others and compared to them, when he left the job was done and all was really clean. If I need something he can do, I’ll call him ! Thanks.

Frequently asked questions

How much do demolition contractors typically charge?
Costs for demolition contractors vary widely depending on the job's scope and complexity. Simple non-hazardous stripouts are generally much less than jobs involving structural work or hazardous-material removal, and factors like site access, waste disposal and after-hours attendance can increase costs. The live pricing shown on this page can help you compare current quotes.
Do demolition contractors charge call-out fees?
Call-out fees are common and often cover travel and the initial assessment, typically separate from hourly labour rates. After-hours or emergency attendance usually attracts higher labour rates or loadings. It's worth confirming any call-out, minimum charge or after-hours rates when requesting quotes.
Do demolition contractors need a licence in Australia?
Yes. Demolition contractors require a state demolition licence or registration in every Australian state and territory, and in NSW the regulator is SafeWork NSW. Where asbestos is present, an appropriate asbestos removal licence (Class A or B) is generally needed; also check for an ABN, adequate public liability insurance and workers' compensation cover if staff are employed.
How do I get a quote from Demolition N' Co?
